Before you ask

Frequently asked

Yes — genuinely. Fitness is the outcome, so you don't need any to begin with. Some of the lads were already fit when they joined and plenty started from scratch. If you've started something like this before and let it slide, you're exactly who it was built for.

DadBods is £10 a session, and that covers everything. FFC is £7 a session. You pay as you go — there's no membership, no joining fee and no contract.

DadBods on a Monday is a men's fitness community — men of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. FFC on a Wednesday is mixed: it started in 2020 as a way to get men and women together playing football in a relaxed setting, and that's still how it runs.

Not at all. You might never have kicked a ball, or you might have played at a decent level years ago — either way you train with the group and you get a game. We pair you with players of a similar ability, and sessions are non-contact for the most part, so you'll be fine for work on Thursday morning.

No. Come when you can — you pay per session, so nothing's wasted if you miss one. That said, the group chat runs all week and someone will almost certainly notice if you've been missing a while.

Tell the coach before the session starts and they'll work around it. If it's something significant, have a word with your GP or physio first — we'd rather you came back for years than pushed through something you shouldn't.

Monday's session is indoors at 5One Fitness, so it runs whatever the weather. For Wednesday at the Silverlands, keep an eye on Instagram and the group chat — anything cancelled or moved gets posted there first.
